Meet your teachers
Dr. Joe and Coco Peterson have a passion for lost souls and to see the gospel preached and taught in truth. Many have a misunderstanding of the bible, and therefore, they never enter into the relationship and promises God intended for all mankind. Dr. Joe and Coco are committed to providing you, the reader, with the uncompromised truth of God’s word in a way that is easy to understand and practical. They do this by sharing life’s lessons, personal experiences, and occasional video training, so that you will get the most out of your relationship with God. And don’t worry, they will NOT be asking for money. Grace of God Ministries is fully funded by Dr. & Mrs. Peterson, so that you can have total confidence that they will not seek the gift, but as it say’s in Philippians 4:17 “Not because I desire a gift: but I desire fruit that may abound to your account.“
Dr. Joe Peterson has a Masters in Theology and a Doctorate in Ministry. He is an Ordained Minister and a certified Life Coach. Having spent the first 27 years of his life doing his own thing, he met Jesus in Irving, Texas in the fall of 1987. He has since committed his life to serving our Lord Jesus through good times and bad, knowing in whom he has believed. After his 1st year at Calvary Church in Irving, Texas (the church he was born again in), Dr. Peterson spent the next 6 years of his Christian life serving as an assistant to the single adults Pastor, before meeting his beautiful wife Coco. After that, he and his wife Coco, spent 2 more years together as assistants to the same single adults Pastor, Dr. John Delgado. He then spent 2 years as the assistant to the men’s ministry Pastor before both he and his wife Coco spent 2 more years as the adult singles Pastors. During this time, Dr. Peterson also spent 7 years ministering weekly at a homeless shelter in South Dallas.
Coco Peterson has a Bachelors in Theology and Master of Art in Christian Counseling. She started her life in very humble beginnings and met the Lord in her teen years. She has spent most of her life serving her Pastors with passion and a uncompromising commitment to excellence. She has spoken and taught in singles ministries, women’s ministries, prayer groups, and main church services in both Spanish and English. She is a accomplished businesswoman, leader, manager, mother and grandmother. Her and her husband have 4 children, 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren and currently live in North Texas.
